Founded in 2007 by Mr. Emad S. Kharouf, Arts Island Contracting, General Maintenance & Décor LLC has
grown from a boutique fit-out contractor into a multidisciplinary construction and engineering
powerhouse. Our journey reflects a consistent commitment to quality, compliance, and stakeholder
trust, enabling us to deliver projects of national significance across the UAE.
From the early days of the UAE’s construction boom, Arts Island played a pivotal role in fast-track design-
and-build solutions for commercial, residential, and public sector developments. Over time, we
expanded into civil construction, interior design & build, renovation, facility management, and MEP
engineering, creating a fully integrated delivery model that harmonizes architectural vision with
technical precision.

Since our establishment in 2007, Arts Island Contracting, General Maintenance & Décor LLC has grown from a
boutique fit-out firm into a multidisciplinary construction and engineering partner trusted across the United Arab
Emirates. Our legacy is built on precision, professionalism, and performance, values that continue to guide every
project we deliver.
Today, Arts Island provides integrated solutions across Civil Construction, Interior Design & Build, Renovation, Facility
Management, and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineering. This breadth allows us to harmonize
architectural vision with technical execution, ensuring that every environment we create is both aesthetically
compelling and operationally resilient.
