Removal and replacement of the existing chilled water (CHW) piping network, including associated access and ceiling works.
Civil & Architectural Works
- Opening and reinstatement of walls and ceilings as required for pipe access.
Mechanical Works
- Strip out of all existing CHW pipework and valves
- Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of new CHW piping and valves.
- Installation of pressure independent control valves (PICV) for all fan coil units and air handling units.
- Application of thermal insulation and protective cladding for all pipework.
- System flushing, testing and balancing to ensure optimal operation.
Electrical Works
- Supply and installation of new actuators for all PICVs
