Relocation of existing underground services and utilities in preparation for the construction of the new Bombardier building.
Civil & Architectural Works
- Survey and identification of existing MEP services within the project area.
- Design and engineering of new routes for service relocation.
- Coordination with demolition and civil contractors for safe execution.
- Decommissioning, removal, and relocation of existing underground and aboveground MEP services.
- Supply, installation, and testing of new or modified MEP systems as required.
- Submission of shutdown requests and securing necessary permits.
- Backfilling, reinstatement, and final inspection of relocated utilities.
- Material assessment prior to relocation and replacement where necessary.
