Decommissioning, relocation & installation of existing air-cooled chiller. Including new CHW pipework, valves, MDB modification, power supply and BMS connectivity and integration
Civil Works
- Structural survey and analysis of the existing slab
- All associated BWIC for coring, upstands, concrete beams and epoxy painting
Mechanical Works
- Demobilization and mobilization of the existing Air- Cooled Chiller from ADIA SEHA PCR Tent to ATCC using a crane and trailer, including all required accessories and lifting arrangements.
- Installation, start-up, testing, and commissioning of Air-Cooled Chillers at the new location.
Electrical Works
- Supply and installation of power supply cabling works for the relocated chillers, including terminations and connections to the main power source.
BMS Works
- Integration of the chiller unit into the existing Building Management System (BMS) using EC-Net 4 Pro (Distech Controls) software for monitoring and control.
